　　如果決定離職的話，除了口頭上向上司請(qǐng)辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應(yīng)缺少的步驟。

　　辭職信內(nèi)容

　　離職日期、辭去的工作職位。

　　簡(jiǎn)述辭職原因。(可提可不提)

　　向公司、上司及同事表示謝意。

　　要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。

　　用詞友善

　　無論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動(dòng)辭職，撰寫辭職信時(shí)，措詞切記要適當(dāng)、友善，千萬不要把辭職信當(dāng)作發(fā)泄的工具，用詞惡劣或猛數(shù)公司、老板的不是。原因有三∶

　　- 你的未來老板隨時(shí)會(huì)要求你的`前任老板提供關(guān)於你在職時(shí)的資料，作為聘用與否的參考。因此，別自毀長(zhǎng)城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。

　　- 正所謂「今日留一線，他朝好相見」，如果你轉(zhuǎn)職后還是留在同一行業(yè)內(nèi)，日后在工作上或會(huì)有碰面的機(jī)會(huì)，到時(shí)便好不尷尬。

　　- 另外，誰又能保證自己與舊公司/上司他朝不會(huì)山水有相逢，再有合作的機(jī)會(huì)呢?所以千萬別讓他們留下不良的印象。

　　i am so sorry to offer my departure to you all but i have to. the title of this email produced an extraordinary sequence of mental images. vivid memories came flooding back of all the good old days with you for the past one year and a half here since my enrolment. all those re-awoke in my mind as i recalled the laughter, the challenge, as i recalled all the fortune garnered for my life.
