中考英語(yǔ)作文指導(dǎo)（通知）
通知的寫法有兩種，一種是以布告形式貼出，把事情通知有關(guān)人員，如學(xué)生、觀眾等，通常不用稱呼;另一種是以書信的形式，發(fā)給有關(guān)人員，次種通知寫作形式同普通書信，只要寫明通知的具體內(nèi)容即可。通知要求言簡(jiǎn)意賅、措辭得當(dāng)、時(shí)間及時(shí)。
通知的正文一般都是寫在“Notice”一詞之下，一般來(lái)說(shuō)不必寫稱呼語(yǔ)和結(jié)束語(yǔ)。出同時(shí)的單位名稱可以寫在notice之上，也可以寫在正文的右下角。
正文一般采用文章式，有時(shí)為了醒目，也可采用廣告式。廣告式要力求簡(jiǎn)明扼要，一個(gè)句子可分幾行。每行第一個(gè)字母一般要大寫。
例一：布告形式的通知
NOTICE
All professors and associate professors are requested to meet in the college conference room on Saturday, August 18, at 2:00 p. m. to discuss questions of international academic exchanges.

例二：書信形式的通知
明天(星期五)全班同學(xué)將去參觀科學(xué)博物館(the Science Museum)，由你(班長(zhǎng))通知全體同學(xué)。(通知的開(kāi)頭和結(jié)尾已給出)內(nèi)容如下：
1. 早上8點(diǎn)鐘在校門口集合，步行前往。
2. 下星期一交一份有關(guān)參觀的報(bào)告。
3. 參觀時(shí)要認(rèn)真聽(tīng)，仔細(xì)看并記下有趣的東西。
4. 不可在博物館內(nèi)大聲喧嘩及拍照。
5. 帶筆和筆記本。
要求：①不要逐句翻譯。 ②字?jǐn)?shù)60～80。
Fellow students，
We are going to visit the Science Museum tomorrow. We will meet at the school gate at eight in the morning and we will go there on foot. Take your pens and notebooks with you. We should listen and watch carefully and write down something interesting when you visit the museum. Please don't make any noise in the museum and don't take any pictures. You'll have to hand in a report about the visit next Monday.
